Almost everyone is using Artificial Intelligence (AI),  across the globe, for some or the other service. But Sharjah is taking it a notch up by putting the use of AI on the innovation map. Say hello to District 11, the UAE’s first AI-designed smart work resort. It’s a place where futuristic technology, sustainable infrastructure, and hospitality-driven workspaces are all under one roof.

UAE’s First AI-Designed Smart Work Resort, District 11, Opens In Sharjah

As mentioned in a report by Arabian Business, the smart work resort is spread across a massive 3.5 million square feet. District 11 is a tech-enabled ecosystem that blends offices, hospitality, and leisure. This helps to create a seamless environment for businesses and professionals.  Artificial intelligence can be called the designer of this project. It shows that advanced digital tools can shape everything from building design to operational management.

District 11 consists total of 11 buildings. It includes a 368-key world-class hotel and around 3,000 parking spaces. The development aims to meet the surging demand for premium-grade, flexible workspaces that go beyond the conventional office setup.

The building is located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311). This gives easy access to Sharjah International Airport, University City, and nearby residential communities.

Built By AI, Designed For People

The project’s AI-driven design philosophy uses artificial intelligence to go beyond basic automation. It powers predictive maintenance, energy optimisation, and even dynamic pricing. This can, in turn, reduce operational costs and environmental impact without affecting efficiency.

The development’s smart management systems continuously analyse usage patterns. It can easily adjust lighting, cooling, and other services in real time. This results in a highly responsive, sustainable environment.

A Landmark Launch For Al Marwan

Coincidentally, Al Marwan Group’s 47th anniversary collided with the launch of this project. The launch event was attended by government officials, investors, entrepreneurs, and digital creators
