Razan Al-Ajmi, The First Female Skydiver In Saudi Arabia
Recently, InterContinental The Red Resort released a feature film on Saudi National Day. It featured Razan Al-Ajmi. She is the first female skydiver in Saudi Arabia and took a historic jump above Shura Island. This video was created in partnership with IHG Hotels and Resorts and Red Sea Global. This film follows Razan Al-Ajmi into the sky before she takes a leap from the aircraft thousands of feet above the island.

With the footage giving you a bird’s-eye view of the turquoise water, islands and long stretches of white sand, it truly looks like an incredible moment. The skydiver even spent some time exploring Shura Island & Resort before she got on the plane to take this jump. This film also sees a kayaking around the island as she checks out the surrounding marine life.

Talking about Razan Al-Ajmi, she took this giant leap over the Red Sea with the Saudi flag streaming behind her. As she freefalls, one can see the beautiful island coming closer towards her, with the pristine view of the resort in the backdrop, flanked by the sandy beach and blue sea.
