Dubai Miracle Garden
This place has been offering free entry for a while, and it is available until March 31st. All you have to do is produce your Emirates ID at the entrance. The gates are open to residents for free for a limited time, and here they will get to enjoy a colourful display of themed structures that have been decked by millions of flowers.

Aquaventure World & Lost World Aquarium At Atlantis
Particularly for Eid, the entry is free until March 22nd. They have a limited number of complimentary daily tickets that are available for both Aquaventure World and the Lost World Aquarium at Atlantis Palm. So the bookings must be made online in advance as the tickets cannot be collected at the gate. There is only a maximum of four free tickets that are allowed per transaction.
