In fact, these have been designed to bring residents and visitors together so that they can all partake in a shared countdown.
Sharjah Announces Fireworks Across Multiple Destinations
Fireworks will be taking place across three major landmarks, with each of them lasting 10 minutes. They will be lighting up the skies at Al Majaz Waterfront, Al Heera Beach and Khorfakkan Beach. Not to mention a report of the Gulf News, which mentioned these landmarks also stated how the public celebrations will take place on Wednesday evening, December 31st. This would start at 8 PM and will keep building towards the New Year.
There Will Be A Lively Atmosphere!
Visitors, as a result, will be able to enjoy a lively festive atmosphere that will feature fireworks and a choreographed fountain show along with live entertainment. Not only this, but a destination will also offer a wide dining choice with over 20 local and international restaurants and cafes in a waterfront setting. For instance, Al Heera Beach will host a family-friendly celebration complete with fireworks, open-air entertainment and beachside festivities. While the Khorfakkan Beach will offer a dramatic New Year backdrop where the mountains meet the sea. Here also, you can expect entertainment activities and dining across 22 seafront restaurants and cafes.
If you happen to be someone who is looking for something different, then the Al Noor Island is a great option for you. Hosting a bedside dinner for a more intimate setting, it will offer you the views of the Al Majaz fireworks. The experiences are priced at AED344 for adults and AED150 for children aged 3 to 12.
