Winter events in Abu Dhabi are getting popular with a promise to deliver big energy and excitement. The Rage is here with Tokyo Vibes in Dubai, and it’s taking over Umm Al Emarat Park.  From January 7 to 11, the fourth edition of The Rage is making a comeback with Tokyo-inspired street culture. The theme, We Meet in Tokyo, brings five evenings of food, fashion, film, and family-friendly fun. All of these will unfold on one of the city’s most loved green spaces.

The Rage is bringing Tokyo Vibes to this neighbourhood in Dubai. It’s borrowing the spirit of the city, bold visuals, food and playfulness as per the official Instagram account of Umm Al Emarat Park.

More than 100 food, retail, and entertainment vendors spread across the park, giving the event a proper festival feel without turning it chaotic. The park has a dedicated food and beverage zone where most people linger. Food trucks line up next to casual seating, games, and live performances, to work your way through the evening.

Shopping That Feels Easy

Just beyond the food zone, the retail area helps you wander and shop for fashion, perfumes, jewellery, and footwear with amazing brands. If not shopping, no one gets hurt by a little browsing through the stalls.

What Families Will Actually Enjoy

The Rage works because it is a family-friendly event.

The Park Market runs on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 pm to 10 pm, with familiar favourites alongside live music, puppet shows, and roaming mascots. Kids can enjoy arts and crafts, plantation activities, skill games, and a football competition. Meanwhile, parents can engage themselves in an open reading challenge.

LED stilt walkers, dancing characters, and interactive games roam the park, keeping energy levels up without tipping into chaos.

Movie Nights Under the Stars

Sundays are all about Cinematic Sundays, starting at 6 pm in collaboration with Image Nation. If you want a winter evening that feels social but low-effort, this one earns its spot on the calendar.
