If Global Village is still on your must-visit list, you’d better hurry up! Dubai’s much-loved outdoor multicultural attraction has unveiled its closing date for Season 30 in May. That gives you a solid few months to immerse it all before the gates close, and preparations kick off for Season 31 later in the year. And yes, there’s still plenty happening before the curtain falls.

Global Village Season 30 Closing Date Announced; Here’s How Long You’ve Got Left

According to reports credited to The Gulf News and Filipino Times, the destination is rolling out some of its biggest entertainment moments yet. It includes record-setting drone shows, nightly performances and crowd-favourite cultural experiences that make every visit feel different. The final day for Season 30 is May 10th, 2026.

Global Village has more than 90 cultures come together through country pavilions, street food, live shows and shopping stalls. If you haven’t visited yet this season, January is doing the heavy lifting. One of the biggest highlights is the largest drone display of Season 30.  Scheduled for Friday, January 9, at 7.15 pm, visitors are being advised to arrive early to grab the best possible viewing experience before the crowd spikes.

This news is followed by Global Village’s headline-making New Year’s Eve celebration, where fireworks and drone displays marked the arrival of 2026 across multiple time zones. Due to that, new standards have been set, and people want an extra slice of this immersive experience.

More Than Just Drones And Fireworks

The main stage hosts nightly performances ranging from dance shows to live concerts. Themed pavilions bring music, crafts and traditions. Then visitors can indulge in carnival rides, stunt shows and pop-up acts.
