Celebrity Hotspot Delilah & Michelin Chef Alain Ducasse To Debut At Wynn Al Marjan Island, RAK!

Wynn Al Marjan Island hasn’t even opened its doors yet, but let’s be honest, it already feels like the hottest reservation in the UAE with some really fancy restaurants coming up! The $5.1 billion mega-resort, set to debut in 2027 on Ras Al Khaimah’s glittering coastline, has just dropped its first two restaurant names. And they’re not just any names. We’re talking a Hollywood-backed supper club and a Michelin-studded French chef who could make butter on toast taste like fine art.

Wynn Al Marjan Island Unveils First Restaurants: Delilah And Alain Ducasse

First up, Delilah. If you’ve been anywhere near Las Vegas nightlife, you’ll know this place doesn’t just serve dinner, it stages it. The celeb-magnet, no-cameras-allowed supper club is a favourite haunt of Kendall Jenner, Leonardo DiCaprio, Gigi Hadid, and Justin Bieber. Come on, we all know that crowd doesn’t exactly book a table at your local steakhouse.

At Wynn Al Marjan Island, Delilah is stepping into a new spotlight. Guests will glide from a plush bar down into a dining room that screams 1950s Beirut supper club, thanks to the theatrics of Wynn Design & Development under Todd-Avery Lenahan. Think cinematic, layered, and just a touch over-the-top, which, to be fair, is exactly what you want when you’re dropping serious cash on wagyu beef Wellington carved at your table.

The menu? A mix of signature indulgences like that famous Wellington, playful upscale nods (crispy chicken tenders, anyone?), and dishes highlighting regional produce. Throw in a cocktail list dripping with Old Hollywood swagger, and it’s safe to say Delilah will be more than just dinner. It’ll be a scene.

Alain Ducasse, The Steakhouse Gets A Parisian Twist

And then comes Alain Ducasse. Truth be told, when a man with 20-odd Michelin stars decides to plant a steakhouse on your island, you pay attention. His as-yet-unnamed concept is shaping up as a French-American powerhouse with double-height drama and a menu built for indulgence.

Expect ultra-premium beef, cheese soufflés, and flambé desserts lit right at your table. It’s old-school theatre, elevated with Ducasse’s French flair. The space itself sprawls across two floors, about 1,820 square metres, basically a cathedral to beef. Oh, and yes, there’ll be a “Beef Club.” Because why not?

Ducasse himself has called Wynn Al Marjan Island “one of the most visionary and ambitious projects in the region,” which sounds like PR speak, but given the sheer scale, he might actually be underselling it.

The Bigger Picture Of UAE’s First Casino Resort

When the doors finally swing open in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island won’t just be about steak and star sightings. The resort promises 22 restaurants and lounges, a beach club, a nightclub, and a luxury promenade for when you need to “just browse” (and inevitably buy).

Add 1,530 rooms and suites, a spa, pools that look straight out of a glossy travel mag, and a theatre designed for blockbuster productions, and you’ve got a resort already on track to shake up the UAE’s luxury scene. And yes, the much-whispered casino is part of the deal, the first of its kind in the Emirates. After all, Wynn isn’t exactly known for subtlety.
