Growing up, we all learned quite a lot about eating etiquette. It’s how to chew with your mouth closed, hold the fork and knife in the correct hands, and so on. But not all etiquette is acceptable the way they are taught. Instagram’s famous British Etiquette Coach, William Hanson, uploaded a video teaching the right way to eat Hummus, an Arabic dish, and the reaction by an Arabic Instructor, Sarkawt Sabir, left us in splits.

The Viral Video Taught To Eat Hummus By Fork!

In the viral video, uploaded by Sabir on his Instagram, William teaches us to take the bread, which is traditionally called pita, on a plate. Then he takes the hummus with a fork and drops it adjacent to the bread on the plate. Further, he cuts a piece of bread with a fork and knife and goes on to dip it in the hummus and eats it. Finally, he concludes the video by saying this is how you eat the hummus correctly.

Sabir A.k.a alkunoozalarabiya Disagrees With Every Bit

After the technique comes the rage! First of all, Sabir’s video is hilarious to watch, and we bet you can’t just watch it once.

He starts by showing us all how rage-baited he feels by the way William pronounces ‘hummus’ and is followed by the way he eats it. He can’t stop himself from saying that it’s not a tea party to eat hummus in such a sophisticated way and also referring it as the ‘haram way’. And in our opinion, all Arabs will agree with this part.

First he explains how to pronounce the dish’s name right by “scratching inside the throat” to speak correctly. Then he focuses on the main objective of the video: the “correct way to eat hummus”.

“You Dip It & Eat It”

All he wants to say is simply take the hummus in a bowl, scoop it using the pita and Khallas, bro! In the video you can see an arab man’s anger at peak its n the most hilarious way possible and we can’t agree more! His slipper beating on the screen has another fanbase in the comment sections now.

One Instagrammer says “it’s one of the best meltdown over hummus”

Another reads, “Well, my new roast is ‘You look like you eat hummus with a knife” and that looks like it has trending potential.
