If Abu Dhabi’s food scene had a wish list, Pitfire Pizza sat right at the top. Loyal fans waited for too long for its arrival, and finally, their wishes have come true. The Dubai-born favourite pizzeria, Pitfire Pizza, has officially opened its first dine-in restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
Pitfire Pizza Lands In Abu Dhabi
You’ll find the new outpost of Pitfire Pizza at Waterfront Tower, sitting right in the centre of Al Zahiyah as mentioned in a report by Platinumlist. This marks the brand’s eighth dine-in location across the UAE. This isn’t the first time for the pizza brand in Abu Dhabi. Pitfire Pizza has made appearances in many places with pop-ups, but this is its first permanent location.
Now What’s On The Menu?
Pitfire Pizza doesn’t try to be textbook Neapolitan or full-on New York. It sits comfortably in between. The 72-hour-fermented dough is their long-running magical secret. That long rest gives you a crust that is lightly crunchy on the outside, airy inside, and carries a deep, slightly tangy flavour.
Fan favourites like the Pepperoni Primo and the Truff Daddy will be the leading items on the menu in Abu Dhabi as well. Add a side of Garlic Knots, baked fresh and paired with your choice of dipping sauce. The menu stretches beyond pizza, too. Visitors can dig into pastas, salads, sides, and desserts that will make you stay a little longer.
A Laid-Back Space With Front-Row Views
The Abu Dhabi location has an outdoor terrace with waterfront views and seating for 32 guests. It acts perfectly for cooler evenings and long lunches. Inside, the vibe stays casual and cosy, with booths, wooden tables, and a bold art wall. Indoor seating fits 20 guests, giving you an exclusive and intimate feeling rather than being crowded.
Not Dining In? Pitfire Pizza Has Got You Covered
If staying home sounds better, Pitfire Abu Dhabi delivers in Abu Dhabi as well. You can order your slice of happiness available through Deliveroo, Talabat, Careem, and Noon.
