Some memories just do not leave. Early school mornings where foil-wrapped sandwiches made a star appearance. That squashed fino that waited in the bottom of a backpack. At this time, that memory has found a new home in New Cairo. Fino has landed in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, with trending sandwiches and so much more.
Egyptian Deli Concept Fino Lands At C Park Mall
Egyptian deli concept Fino has been officially launched in its second branch at the C Park Mall after launching its first in Majarrah Mall. The brand is resurrecting something deeply local.
According to the report by Scene Now, Fino is re-committing to its mission of returning the Egyptian deli to its focus, this time with a place where people can park and see fewer school uniforms.
The Fino Sandwich, But With Style
The word Fino was created with one belief in mind: the humble sandwich to gain attention and respect. The group took eight months to refine their bread recipe with the support of Tayf Holding, before they even considered expansion. Because bread matters a lot.
Too tender, and the sandwich falls apart halfway through lunch. Too hard, and it’s not appetising. The version by Fino hits the point. It feels nostalgic, holds its shape, and perfectly does its job.
A Menu That Speaks Egyptian
The fillings do not attempt to reinvent the wheel, just make it better. Breakfast leans classic. Pastrami with egg is the type of sandwich that takes you through a busy morning. It is topped with cheddar and roast meat, which gives it a somewhat more piquant flavour. Halloumi appeals to the people who desire something light yet satisfying.
What’s For Lunch?
Lahma b basal provides 100% comfort. The fries, the cheese, and sujok are combined in a way that is almost designed to take away your focus at work. A bite in and productivity silently leaves the building. And there is karkadeh iced tea. Since you are going to re-enact the Egyptian deli story, then you might as well go all the way.

Why New Cairo Makes Sense
It is not a coincidence that it opens in New Cairo. The area is growing fast and is full of families, students and professionals who know the fino heritage. This branch introduces that childhood staple to the modern context without losing its identity.
