If you’re the type who doesn’t mind getting a little sauce on your fingers for a seriously bold bite, there’s a new spot in town that’s flipping the burger game on its head. ALBA Street, tucked into the buzzing Social District at Dubai Mall’s Fountain Views, has just launched a burger menu with Salmon sushi burger that’s anything but ordinary.
Ever Tried a Salmon Sushi Burger? This New Dubai Spot Is Breaking All The Rules

ALBA Street feels like that cool friend who always knows the best food spots and never plays by the rules. It’s the edgier side of the ALBA family, full of flavour. The walls are splashed with street art, the open kitchen brings all the action front and centre, and the air smells like something seriously good is cooking.
The menu? Straight fire. These burgers are stacked with bold flavours, borrowing the best bits from the backstreets of Tokyo, Seoul, and New York, then spun with that extra Dubai flair. Big on taste, heavy on attitude, and made to hit the spot fast. It’s not your usual dinner. It’s the kind of meal that feels like a street food festival just rolled up to your table.
Three Burgers. Zero Boring Bites.
The menu is lean but loaded. Three burgers, each bringing its own personality to the table:
- The A5 Wagyu Kimchi Burger means business. A juicy A5 Wagyu patty, rich, and cooked just right laid between cheese that hugs the meat and house-fermented kimchi brings the heat. All of it’s wrapped in a toasted brioche bun that holds its own without making a mess.
- The Salmon Sushi Burger is what everyone’s talking about. It’s a crispy, panko-crusted organic salmon fillet sandwiched not between buns, but sushi rice discs. Yes, you read that right. And just when you think that’s it, boom. In comes the avocado, a glossy tare glaze, teriyaki drizzle, ALBA’s signature haru cream, and a dash of kimchi furikake. At this point, you’re not sure if it’s a burger, sushi roll, or pure culinary mischief, but it works.
- Then there’s the Yuzu Chilli Chicken Burger, coming in hot. Picture crispy fried chicken with a sticky yuzu chilli glaze that’s sweet, sour, and spicy altogether. Served with crunchy cabbage, creamy Japanese mayo, and a soft brioche bun.
Fries That Don’t Just Play Sidekick
Burgers aside, the fries are worth a solo order. Choose between crispy sweet potato fries tossed in your pick of sweet or spicy Japanese seasoning, or stick to the golden OGs with a choice of light salt or bold spice.
Where to Find It?
ALBA Street runs daily from 11 am to 11 pm, and stays open till midnight on weekends. Or just order straight to your door on Deliveroo, Careem, or Talabat. So if you’re in the mood for something a little wild, a little unexpected, and seriously tasty, this might just become your go-to burger fix in Dubai.
