Long lunches feel different in summer when things slow down a little, people spend more time around the table, and lighter dishes suddenly become a lot more appealing than heavy meals. That’s the idea behind the latest seasonal offering at La Petite Maison Riyadh. Throughout June, the popular French-Mediterranean restaurant in Riyadh is giving its weekday business lunch a summer refresh, complete with new dishes, floral touches, and unlimited non-alcoholic rosé pairings for those who want to make lunch feel a little more special.

This Riyadh Restaurant’s Summer Lunch Comes With Unlimited Rosé Pairings

The summer menu leans into fresh ingredients and seasonal flavours. The limited-time menu is available from Sunday to Thursday between 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm.

One of the standout additions is a chilled watermelon gazpacho, which feels particularly fitting given Riyadh’s rising temperatures. There are also a couple of new starters joining the line-up.

Guests can tuck into a colourful beetroot salad packed with seasonal produce or opt for a richer beef tartare paired with oyster mayo. That said, some of the restaurant’s familiar favourites haven’t gone anywhere. The lentil salad and warm prawns are still available for those who already have their go-to order.

Seafood, Black Cod And Some Familiar Favourites Return

The main courses continue the Mediterranean theme.

A seafood orzo brings together lighter coastal flavours, while the black cod with asparagus offers something a little more indulgent without feeling too heavy. For many regular diners, though, the returning favourites may be the biggest draw.

The veal cheek with spring vegetables remains on the menu, alongside the mushroom risotto that has become a staple choice for many guests.

Each main is served with charred flat beans finished with Amalfi lemon zest, adding a bright citrus note that works particularly well during summer.

Dessert Keeps Things Fresh Rather Than Heavy

Instead of ending lunch with something rich, the restaurant has gone in a lighter direction.

The pineapple carpaccio with mint sorbet rounds off the meal with fresh fruit flavours and a cooling finish. It’s simple, but that’s kind of the point.

After a long lunch, especially on a weekday, many people prefer something refreshing rather than overly filling.

The Rosé Theme Goes Beyond What’s On The Table

Part of the experience revolves around Wild Idol’s non-alcoholic rosé pairing.

Guests can add unlimited servings during weekday lunches for an additional fee, giving the menu a Riviera-inspired feel without the alcohol.

But it’s not only about the drinks. Across the restaurant, subtle pink floral displays and summer-inspired décor have been added to match the seasonal theme.

The result feels more like a seasonal escape than a typical business lunch.

Two Ways To Enjoy The Experience

Guests can choose between two lunch options.

The Le Petit Menu is priced at SAR180 and includes two courses. Those wanting a more leisurely meal can opt for the Le Grand Menu at SAR230, which includes starters, a main course, sides and dessert.

Available throughout June, it’s a tempting excuse to swap a quick desk lunch for something a little more relaxed.
