Nayara, a restaurant inspired by Emirati couture design, is coming to One&Only Royal Mirage Dubai. The resort has announced a creative collaboration with designer Hamda Al Fahim for Nayara, its new Levantine dining destination, opening in October 2026.
What To Expect At This Restaurant?
Nayara at One&Only Royal Mirage puts a fresh spin on Levantine food, pairing the region’s familiar flavours with a more contemporary style. The restaurant also has a strong design focus, with its interiors and uniforms created with Emirati designer Hamda Al Fahim.
Who Is Hamda Al Fahim?
Born and raised in Abu Dhabi, Al Fahim built her namesake fashion house around a modern, expressive view of femininity. Her Abu Dhabi atelier covers haute couture, bridal and ready-to-wear. The resort says her design language is both rooted in the region and distinctly contemporary.
Where Her Touch Shows Up
Her influence runs through the venue’s key details. She created a hand-drawn floral motif exclusively for Nayara, brought to life as a feature wall in regionally sourced limestone. She has also designed bespoke apparel for the Nayara team, taking her approach beyond the dining room and into the service.
The resort says the collaboration stems from a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, beauty, and cultural identity, bringing an authentic Emirati creative voice to the space.
What Will Nayara Serve?
Nayara draws on the traditions of Lebanon, Syria and the wider Eastern Mediterranean. The resort describes it as a contemporary expression of Levantine dining, built on familiar flavours, quality ingredients and the generous spirit of shared dining.
The menu has not been shared yet. The resort says further details on the culinary offering, design and opening date will come soon.
