Qatar International Food Festival 2026: Experience Michelin Guide Village, Street Eats And Live Entertainment In January!

Food fans, get ready, Qatar International Food Festival (QIFF) is back this January 2026, and it’s rolling out in style. If you thought last year was a treat, this one’s set to take the crown with Michelin-starred chefs, food zones bursting with global flavours, live shows, and family fun that stretches across ten exciting days.

The heart of QIFF is always the food, and 2026 won’t disappoint. The Cooking Studio will be buzzing with live demos, chef interviews, and masterclasses. Picture your favourite international names cooking alongside local culinary talent, blending global flavours with authentic Qatari touches.

And then there’s the Michelin Guide Village—the spot everyone’s talking about. Here’s your chance to taste plates from chefs who’ve earned the world’s highest culinary honours. It’s a rare opportunity to enjoy Michelin-level cooking without a formal dining room setting.

Food Zones With Global Bites

One of the best things about QIFF is its food districts. Imagine taking a stroll through over 100 kiosks and nearly 30 cafés and restaurants, each offering a different taste of the world.

  • Doha District brings local flavours and Middle Eastern classics.
  • Latin American District is all about bold, fiery dishes and street food.
  • Healthy District caters to those chasing wellness-inspired meals.
  • Coffee & Pastry District will satisfy sweet cravings and caffeine fixes.
  • The Market is where you eat, shop, and discover new products.

More Than Just Food

Of course, QIFF has never been just about eating—it’s about the whole experience. Expect paramotor fireworks, drone shows, live performances, outdoor movie nights, and plenty of workshops for kids and families.

For the little ones, this year introduces QIFF Juniors, a dedicated space packed with fun cooking sessions, creative activities, and games.

Want some action? Head over to the QIFF Ring, where you can join quirky competitions like a watermelon eating race, a cupcake decorating contest, or even a spice tolerance showdown.

VIP Experiences

The VIP Area is the place to be if you don’t do well with the crowds. You’ll be greeted by a private table for eight, menus designed by celebrity chefs and personalised service

The opening ceremony brings a dazzling mix of live performances, music, fireworks, and experiences designed to light up all five senses. It’s the perfect way to set the stage for ten flavour-packed days.
