Dubai’s most indulgent food event, Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie, is back this September and it’s bigger, bolder, and richer than ever. Taking over Madinat Arena at Madinat Jumeirah from September 30 to October 2, 2025, the three-day festival promises a full-on celebration of chocolate, pastry, coffee and more.

Now in its fourth edition, the internationally acclaimed event is gearing up for its most impressive run yet. With over 7,000 visitors expected and 120 exhibitors confirmed, this year’s show is turning up the heat. You’ll find everything from handcrafted chocolates and boutique gelato to speciality coffee roasters, date artisans, honey producers and ingredient suppliers, all under one roof.

The Chocolate Fashion Show Returns

The event opens with the show everyone talks about, the Chocolate Fashion Show. This year’s theme, A Sweet Journey Around the Globe, brings 14 chocolate gowns to life thanks to a creative mashup between pastry chefs and fashion students from ESMOD Dubai. It’s couture meets cocoa in the most Dubai way possibl,e is bold, unexpected, and definitely something you’ll want to see in person..

Big Names, Bigger Experiences

According to Joumana Dammous-Salamé, managing director at Hospitality Services/HSME, the excitement around this edition is well earned. “This is our biggest show yet, with more exhibitors and even more opportunities to connect with talent from around the world,” she shared. It’s not just a showcase, it’s a meeting point for some of the industry’s best.

Maha El-Khoury, project and sales director at HSME, added that this edition will feature 50 guest professionals, 28 masterclasses, and a strong focus on local talent. Whether you’re a home baker, a hospitality professional, or just someone who takes dessert seriously, the schedule is stacked.

Across the three days, expect hands-on sessions, live demos, tasting counters and competitions designed to get your creativity flowing, or just your sweet tooth satisfied.

  • Coffee in Good Spirits Championship: A lively competition blending coffee and spirits, organised in partnership with the Specialty Coffee Association UAE

  • Masterclasses: Exclusive, technique-driven workshops led by renowned chefs giving guests a behind-the-scenes look at cutting-edge pastry trends
