From Seoul To Dubai: HANU & Michelin-Starred SOUL Unite For An Exclusive Two-Night Culinary Experience
Chefs Heeeun Kim and Daehyun Yoon from SOUL and Chef Kyung Soo Moon from HANU, in a cross-cultural exchange. It will blend Seoul’s innovation with Dubai’s flair for indulgence. Expect Korea’s culinary identity through craft, creativity, and precision. Under their BY SOUL Group, the duo leads a portfolio that includes the Michelin-starred SOUL Dining, Egg & Flour (a Bib Gourmand favourite), and Wooahan Kitchen Studio, their creative lab for high-end catering and brand collaborations. They basically blend traditional Korean foundations with Western finesse, often organically grown seasonal herbs and edible flowers in their own garden.
