As announced by Oman, it will soon start direct flights between Muscat and Tashkent. This is a part of the airline’s strategic network expansion, and these flights will begin as early as June 2026. Oman Air Reveals New Muscat & Tashkent Route
Oman Air recently revealed how it will be starting a new direct flight between Tashkent and Muscat. This is a four-hour flight service that will begin from June 1st, 2026. The flights will be operated twice a week, and they are being added as part of the airline’s strategic network expansion. The route will offer non-stop connectivity between Muscat International Airport and Tashkent, which is one of the largest and fastest-growing urban centres in Central Asia.
Eighth Destination Introduced By The Airline Since December
As it happens, this is the eighth destination since December that the airline has unveiled. And it is expected to support a commercially sustainable network. Moreover, with this new route, Uzbek travellers will get access to leisure markets in Central Asia. Not only this, but Omani passengers will get access to a direct entry point into Central Asia.
