Emirates, which is a Dubai-based airline, recently announced that it has marked a near full return to its operations. Yes, it was revealed on May 4th that 96% of its global network has now been restored. This development comes after a period of brief disruption that the airline faced over the past few weeks. It has now been gradually restoring its services across America, Africa, Europe, West Asia, the Middle East, the Far East, and Australia. Emirates Restores 96% Of Its Global Network
Emirates operates to 137 destinations that are across 72 countries. With a weekly frequency of more than 1,300 flights, it is at 75% of pre-disruption capacity. It should be noted that the airline is offering more flight seats and options each day. Moreover, it continues to reaffirm Dubai’s position as a vital hub when it comes to global travel moves.
Operating with a reduced schedule, Emirates carried 4.7 million passengers during the disruption period. This is a testament to the enduring demand for travel and the trust that the travellers have continued to place in the airline.
