Emirates has launched a multi-market campaign inviting travellers from across its network to experience Dubai this winter, timed with the city’s calendar of festivals and major events.

Travellers who book an eligible return trip to Dubai with Emirates will receive complimentary passes worth AED 535 to three of the city’s favourite attractions. They can ride the slides at Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark, meet sharks and rays at Lost World Aquarium, and explore landmarks from the Burj Khalifa to the historic Al Fahidi district on the Dubai City Sightseeing hop-on hop-off bus.
The offer applies across all cabin classes on eligible return tickets purchased between 21 September and 11 October 2026, for travel between 24 September and 13 December 2026. Terms and conditions apply, including exclusions on some points of origin.

With My Emirates Pass, customers can access savings at hundreds of restaurants, shops and leisure venues across the city by presenting their boarding pass and valid ID. Dubai Experience lets visitors build a personalised itinerary, from cultural tours to adventure activities, at a range of budgets.
Flexibility & Peace Of mind
Emirates is pairing the campaign with flexible booking options. Travellers to Dubai benefit from unlimited free date changes across all cabin classes, the option to hold a fare free for 24 hours and reduced refund fees. Customers can also add Emirates’ Comprehensive Travel Insurance, and Skywards members can earn and redeem Miles during their trip.
Adnan Kazim, Emirates Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, said in the press release that Dubai offers experiences across leisure, dining, shopping and entertainment for every budget, age and taste. He added that Emirates wants to help customers make the most of the city while giving them flexibility when they plan their journey.
