flydubai passengers touching down in Dubai now have one more reason to look forward to their trip. Dubai Police and flydubai have signed a Memorandum of Understanding at Arabian Travel Market 2026, held at Dubai World Trade Centre, giving arriving flyers the chance to buy the Esaad Card at a special rate right from the start of their visit.

A Partnership Rooted In Dubai’s Bigger Vision

The deal follows directives from His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, to deepen collaboration between government and private entities in support of the emirate’s strategic priorities and feeds into the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.

What’s In It For Passengers

Under the agreement, flydubai flyers can purchase the Esaad Card at a discounted price on arrival, unlocking offers across 10 sectors: restaurants and theme parks, shopping centres, tourism and travel, and health and sports. Then there’s also family, automotive services, accommodation, education, government services and online shopping. The idea is simple: give visitors more value the moment they land, rather than after they’ve already settled in.

Backed By Leadership On Both Sides

Lt Gen Al Marri called the tie-up part of Dubai’s “advanced model of integrated collaboration”, while flydubai CEO Ghaith Al Ghaith said it reflects the airline’s commitment to “an integrated ecosystem that places visitors at the heart of its priorities”. Obaidalla added that with visitor numbers set to climb through the winter season, the partnership gives flydubai passengers a wider range of offers throughout their stay.

A Bigger Play For Tourism

The move builds on Dubai’s push to make every stage of a visitor’s journey count, from touchdown to check-out. flydubai currently flies to more than 125 destinations across 56 countries, many underserved markets with limited direct access to Dubai, meaning a sizeable pool of travellers could soon be adding an Esaad Card to their trip. For visitors, it’s an easy win: one card, ten sectors, savings that start the minute they land.
