Taking to X, India in UAE, which is the official account for the Indian Embassy in the UAE, mentioned how a revised guideline has been announced for limited walk-in services. This was introduced at the premises after there was a delay in the July 1st Launch of the new unified Indian Consular Application Centres. These were to be operated by Alhind Tours and Travels LLC after it was awarded a contract. However, it is now entangled in legal proceedings in India.
More Information About The Entry
Coming to the new rules, applicants who have a prior appointment will be allowed entry 15 minutes before their scheduled time. In order to avoid overcrowding, only participants will be allowed entry. In the case of minor applicants, both parents are required. Entry for the CPV services will be through the main gate of the embassy in Abu Dhabi. Those who require attestation service may also use Gate No. 1. This will handle document delivery, labour-related issues, and queries on already submitted applications.
Now, walk-ins will be available from 9 AM to 11 AM, and priority will be given to newborn cases and emergencies.
