It would be within one of the most sought-after communities in Dubai. Yes, Aquora by Casa Vista is expected to be completed by Quarter 1 of 2028. It would set a new benchmark for premium living and even contribute to the draw of the Dubai islands.
More About The Waterfront Project
This prestigious project would feature a 22-metre infinity pool, an open-air cinema, and a dog park. The infinity pool will be on the expansive rooftop, and there will also be a basement here. There will also be a commercial component with six waterfront retail units on the ground floor. Featuring 54 one-beds, 36 two-beds and 15 three-beds in simplex and duplex format, the prices start from AED1.9 million, as mentioned in the same report.

Grand Lobby, Clubhouse & More
On the ground floor, you can expect a Grand lobby, open courtyard rooms, and a business lounge. While on the first floor, there’s a clubhouse, an adult and children swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, indoor and outdoor yoga areas, cabanas and a gym that would be fully equipped with Technogym equipment.
