It wasn’t too long ago when we told you about the inaugural Michelin Guide list that was announced for Saudi Arabia. After the first wave of restaurants that were announced, now, the second wave has also been revealed! Yes, there are some restaurants that have also made it to the Bib Gourmand list, and we are here to tell you all about it.
Second Wave Of Michelin Guide Release For Saudi Arabia
Bib Gourmand is a list by the Michelin Guide that recognises restaurants that offer great cooking at reasonable prices. And now for the second selection, one Riyadh restaurant and one Jeddah restaurant have made it to the list. So, before talking about the new additions to the Michelin Guide, let’s shine a light on Bib Gourmand additions.
Bib Gourmand Addition
Fi Glbak, which is located in Riyadh by Chef Hisham Baeshen’s is the first restaurant that’s been added to the Bib Gourmand list. It’s an eatery that serves Saudi cuisine from the five regions, and even a bunch of Middle Eastern dishes can be found here.
The other restaurant that has made it to the list is The Lucky Llama. It brings the best of Peruvian and Japanese flavours in the serene Downtown Jeddah area. It is owned and operated by Nihal Felemban, the Chef and founder, here. She pays homage to her travels around the world and the dishes that she discovered during the travels. This is a fine dining restaurant that you cannot miss out on.
