Global Village Reopens Today & Here’s All You Can Expect From Pavilions, Food & More

Global Village is finally reopening on April 20th, which, if you do the maths, is today. This is one of the most popular attractions in Dubai that opens seasonally. However, due to the recent situation, the operations are temporarily shut down at this iconic landmark. So, as it opens today, here is all you can expect from this attraction.

Global Village is a multicultural destination, and this is the 30th season that marks its return. Earlier, there were plans of running the season from October 15, 2025 to May 2026. Now, it is finally returning after being closed for a few days temporarily. This is truly a relief for residents and tourists, who visit the landmark to experience different cultures, food, shopping, and more in a single place.

As it happens, it will open at 5 PM and then operate until midnight daily. As mentioned in a report of The National, Season 30 includes 30 pavilions that represent over 90 cultures. There are over 3,500 shopping outlets and more than 250 dining options. Moreover, 450 performers are expected to appear at the sites with the fairground, even having up to 200 rides and games.

So, as the doors reopened today, visitors can explore the following:

• International pavilions, which spotlight global cultures, crafts, and cuisine.
• Street food stalls and diverse dining experiences
• Carnival rides and games
• Family-friendly shows and activities

What About Tickets?

It’s worth mentioning that tickets are expected to remain in line with the last season. Yes, as revealed by Gulf News, it is expected that they start at AED25 for a weekday entry and AED30 for any day pass. For children under three years, entry continues to be free. Not to mention, the entry fee is also exempt for senior citizens and People of Determination. Moreover, Tuesday continues to remain reserved for families and ladies, except for public holidays.

So, as one of the most popular destinations in Dubai, its much-awaited return, people will truly want to visit this attraction before it closes for the season.
