Mandarin Oriental To Launch Its First 121-Key Golf Resort With 97 Branded Residences In Dubai

Mandarin Oriental is about to shake up Dubai’s luxury scene with its upcoming golf resort: Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates, opening in 2030. And let’s face it, in a city full of swanky hotels, standing out takes more than a marble lobby, it takes a mix of indulgence, privacy, and a hint of adventure.

This will be Mandarin Oriental’s first resort fully dedicated to golf, and its third property in Dubai. Tucked away in Jumeirah Golf Estates, The Next Chapter isn’t just another shiny new development; it’s a lifestyle play. Think design meeting nature, with a good dose of leisure thrown in, all tied together in a way that feels stylish without trying too hard.

Homes, Suites And That Exclusive Edge

The resort itself will roll out 121 rooms and suites, while 97 branded residences are up for grabs, from three-bedroom family homes to sprawling six-bedroom villas. Expect private lounges, pools, gyms and even meeting spaces.

Wellness That Actually Feels Like Wellness

Mandarin Oriental’s The Spa will span almost 5,000 square metres. Male- and female-only pools, meditation zones, a barber, a salon, and three additional swimming pools make it more than a wellness area; it’s practically a retreat. To be fair, not all hotels in Dubai get wellness right, but here, it looks like they’ve gone all in.

Golf, Equestrian Life And Leisure

For golfers, this resort isn’t just a place to stay; it’s a playground. An 18-hole championship course, driving range, golf academy, and a pro-equipped Clubhouse mean you could spend weeks perfecting your swing. And if you prefer horses to golf carts, the Equestrian Centre and Clubhouse offers stabling, training, and scenic riding trails. Dubai does luxury, yes, but this feels thoughtful, not just flashy.

Food lovers won’t be left out. Six venues will cover everything from casual bites to fine dining, including two restaurants at the Golf Club and a Halfway Hut on the course. For events, the resort boasts a ballroom and two outdoor venues. Come on, we all know Dubai likes to party, but it’s nice when the space matches the vibe.

A Lifestyle, Not Just A Stay

Slated to open in 2030, Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates isn’t pitching itself as just another place to sleep or swing a club. It’s carving out a lifestyle. Because let’s be honest, luxury isn’t about dripping gold taps or a fleet of glossy golf carts.
