Recently, the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority announced operating hours for all its services. Yes, these operating hours were announced for the 54th National Day holiday. The announcement covers Customer Happiness Centres, public buses, Dubai Metro, paid parking zones, tram, marine transport, and even vehicle testing centres. So, keep these timings in mind.
Dubai RTA Announces Timings For Public Services
Dubai RTA, as revealed in a report of the Gulf News, has confirmed that all the Customer Happiness Centres will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, which are December 1st and 2nd. This is for celebrating the National Day holiday. But the smart customer happiness centres, which are located in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Twar and the RTA Head Office, will continue to operate around the clock.
Dubai Metro & Tram Timings
This would ensure that there is continued access to essential digital services for the people. Additionally, service provider centres will also be closed on Monday and Tuesday, which are on December 1st and 2nd. As it happens, the normal working hours will begin on December 3rd.

Timings: 5 am – 1 am
Sunday, November 30th 2025
Timings: 8 am – 1 am
December 1st and 2nd 2025
Timings: 5 am – 1 am

Timings: 6 am – 1 am
Sunday, November 30th, 2025
Timings: 9 am – 1 am
December 1st and 2nd, 2025

What About The Dubai Bus?
Coming to the Dubai Bus, these are scheduled for changes, and you might want to check these on the S’hail app to be sure of the exact timings. As per public timings, all public parking will be free of charge during Eid al-Etihad. However, the multistorey car parks, Al Khail Gate N-365 will be paid. Finally, this announcement comes as residents are preparing for the long weekend in Dubai. RTA’s all set to release a detailed service schedule for the public transport, marine services and paid parking across the city.
So, keep these revised timings in mind in order to ensure you do not miss out on the services.
