It’s hardly a secret that the UAE passport is quite strong. And it has once again proved its strength. After all, in the 2025 Passport Index by Arton Capital, it has managed to land at the top position for the seventh consecutive year, and we are here to tell you all about it.

UAE Earns The First Spot!

As revealed in the passport index shared by Arton Capital, the UAE has managed to land in first place once again, thereby showcasing how strong it truly stands. Yes, taking the number one spot, this comes at a time when a lot of passports lost strength, thereby reaffirming the UAE’s position. With unparalleled travel access and a reputation, which is stable and investment-friendly, this development is hardly surprising.

The next question that arises is what score did the United Arab Emirates passport earn? Well, it scored 179, wherein visa-free countries were 126. There are 45 countries that require a visa-on-arrival, 19 need visa, and eight that require an ETA.
