They are set to serve a fixed term, and their job is to build real products, deliver solutions and solve problems mentioned by people.

Late Sheikh Zayed believed in people-led nation-building, and this idea draws inspiration from the values that shape policy today.

Traditional government in the UAE is heavily dependent on the roles. Each leadership cycle brings fresh thinking and clear frameworks.
