Just like Monica Gellar from everyone’s favourite sitcom F.R.I.E.N.D.S, Courteney Cox is also a fantastic cook who often shares incredible recipes with her followers on Instagram. From Vegan Zucchini Leek Soup to New York Rib Eye Steak, she has a recipe for every eater. And now for dessert lovers, particularly the cookie monsters, Courteney Cox shares a killer cookie recipe and it’s just yum!

Courteney Cox Has A Delicious Chocolate Chunk with Maldon Sea Salt Cookie Recipe

Courteney Cox shares the recipe for the “best damn cookie she’s ever had” — Chocolate Chunk with Maldon Sea Salt. In the Instagram reel, the actor is seen following the guidance of a chef to prepare these delicious cookies. In this Instagram reel recipe, the chef first mixes cake flour with bread flour with a wooden spoon to get the perfect consistency of cakey and bready.

Next, he adds kosher salt, nutmeg and baking soda to the bowl. Then, he adds sugar and butter and mixes this for several minutes and then beats the eggs with vanilla. Courteney Cox then pours the flour mixture into the bowl of eggs and mixes them together. The chef mixes dark and milk chocolate dough, which chocoholics would love.

The cookie dough is kept in the fridge with plastic wrap for resting for 36 to 48 hours. After the dough has rested and cooled, the chef and Courteney Cox prepare small balls of dough and place them on the baking tray. And then place a large chocolate chunk in the centre of each dough ball. Next, he puts the baking tray in a preheated oven for 19 minutes. Once the cookies turn golden brown they are left to cool down for 15 minutes.

Once they are cooled, Courteney Cox and the chef sprinkle Maldon sea salt on the cookies. Voila! Her Chocolate Chunk with Maldon Sea Salt cookies are ready! They look delicious. The cookies seem perfectly chewy and indulgent. And if Monica Gellar has herself approved this recipe, then we can’t wait to try it.

But we do wonder, is it better than Phoebe’s Oatmeal & Raisin cookies?
