Videos and pictures posted by travellers on X showed the concerning incident where the coach was seen running off track jerkily, and unexpectedly. Last Sunday, a similar incident happened at Mumbai Central Station where a train derailed outside the EMU Carshed under the Western Railway (WR). This disruption led to many suburban trains being cancelled.
We hope the tracks on Kalyan station’s platform 2 get repaired at the earliest.
