Mumbai To Shirdi In 40 Minutes Can Soon Be A Reality

If it all goes as planned, then you just may be able to seek the blessings of Shirdi wale Sai Baba in just a 40 minute journey.

Is It Divine Intervention?

It’s not divine intervention but it is help from up above. According to a report in the Indian Express, our PM Narendra Modi may soon inaugurate a new airport near Shirdi. What would normally take 5 hours will now take just 40 minutes.

The airport is expected to cost a whopping ₹340 crore. The Saibaba Sansthan Trust will contribute ₹45 crore to the massive project. The airport is also expected to connect Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Visakhapatnam.

The new airport has been sanctioned way back in 2010. It will be owned and operated by the Maharashtra Airport Development Company.
