Keep reading to know what went down in this episode.

Rajpal Yadav Opens Up About His Journey

Rajpal Yadav has made our childhoods memorable. His comic timing in films has never missed making us laugh out loud, and you won’t believe it when we say he is exactly the same in real life, too. Our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, met the actor for a Sunday Brunch that started with him making us laugh with his jokes. Rajpal Yadav then opened up about his journey from theatre to Bollywood and revealed that he has had his share of success and challenges. Still, he has always found motivation to overcome struggles.

He also spoke about how people helped him during his tough days and said he wants to repay everyone one day. The conversation soon turned lighter when we asked him to cook for us. He agreed instantly and said, “Mera toh aaj vrat hai kyunki Mangalvaar hai, lekin aapke liye banaunga zaroor.” The comedy king also shared that he fasts once a week because food is important, but he prefers not eating a lot.

Cooking, Love Story And Fun Games

Rajpal Yadav shared that one should know how to cook because no matter how much money you have, survival can become difficult if you don’t know how to cook. After that, the comedian made delicious jeera aloo and trikoni paranthas for us, which honestly tasted amazing. His wife, Radha Yadav, also joined us for this Sunday Brunch episode and shared their adorable love story. You would be surprised to know that Rajpal Yadav met his wife, Radha, in Canada during a film shoot. The two were in a long-distance relationship for 10 months before eventually getting married.

She also shared their casual proposal story and revealed how the actor proposed to her on a phone call by simply saying, “We should get married.”  The conversation then moved to the couple’s bravery and how Radha stood by Rajpal during his jail phase. We ended this episode with a game of ‘Iconic Characters Live’. Here, we gave him situations and asked him to react just like his iconic characters. For that, you will have to watch the episode.
