Sara Tendulkar Opens Up About Her Fitness Journey And Pilates Academy

Despite being the daughter of the ‘God of Cricket’, Sara Tendulkar has carved her own identity through her social media presence, fashion sense, and now by opening her new Pilates Academy in Mumbai. During the chat, Kamiya revealed that she had never tried Pilates, which led to Sara explaining how her love for the workout began.

Sara said, “I think I really enjoyed Pilates and actually started it in London.” She added that when she moved back to Mumbai, she joined a Pilates Academy in Bandra that was franchising at the time. That’s when she thought, “Why not?” and the rest is history. It’s safe to say that a consistent Pilates routine is the secret behind her glowing and fit appearance.

She Is A Big-Time Foodie!

After an intense Pilates session, Sara revealed an interesting detail about herself: she has a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition, which explains her focus on health and wellness. But despite being a fitness enthusiast, Sara admitted she’s always been a big foodie. Growing up in a Maharashtrian-Gujarati household, Sara said everyone in her family loves food, especially Maharashtrian cuisine

During Curly Tales’ signature game of ‘Never Have I Ever’, she gave some hilarious and fun answers. Sara also shared her favourite smoothie recipes that are packed with protein and flavour.
