KOKO Brings Michelin-Featured Clap Dubai To India
For the first time ever in India, KOKO is excited to announce a thrilling bar collaboration with the Michelin-starred restaurant Clap Dubai as part of its Season 8 celebrations. Additionally, this special event will take place on August 25 and 26 and promises to excite the senses and reinvent the mixology craft.
Clap Dubai’s skilled bar manager, Lilian Sausset, is prepared to astound Mumbai with mixological demonstration. Clap Dubai is known for its inventiveness and unusual concoctions. The bar collaboration will feature a variety of Clap Dubai’s distinctive drinks, each of which was expertly and creatively made.
Located on the 9th floor, Clap is this chic, modern restaurant with a sizeable cocktail bar and a buzzy vibe. The menu is a roll-call of Japanese classics, from sushi, sashimi and shrimp tempura to mains like miso cod. Moreover, the rooftop terrace with its city views is the place to be.

What’s On The Menu?
Cocktails like the Shibuya Shakedown, a compelling combination of Patron Silver, coriander, agave, yuzu, lemon juice, togarashi salt, and sansho pepper, are sure to mesmerise guests. Bombay Sapphire Gin, lime, sesame, orgeat, yuzu-shu, umeshu, and clarified almond milk combine to create The Legend of Wako.
You get an explosion of flavours by The Hurano, a beautiful mashup of Dewar’s 12-year-old Whisky, rooibos red fruit martini rubino, Campari, and wakamomo peach. Guests will be completely mesmerised by the TOKASHI-GAWA, a daring concoction of Patron Reposado tequila, Mezcal, truffle, Lapsang Souchong, Oabika, passion fruit infusion, jasmine, and a splash of Pimento Dram.
In addition to these, Lilian will also debut two other original cocktails. The Holy Smoke, a captivating blend of Bacardi Ocho Rum, maple syrup, yakitori and cajun spice, salty plum solution, and bitters, is sure to impress even the most discerning palates. Grey Goose Vodka, amarena cherry, verjus, yukari juice, and egg white are the key ingredients in the Kawai Club. This is a mesmerising mixture that promises to be a thrilling journey of flavour and texture.
