Diljit Dosanjh has been making headlines for his sold-out Dil-Luminati India Tour. During his recent Pune concert, he opened up about his stressful life. He said, “Mere ko jitni tension roz aati hai main bata bhi nahi sakta aapko kya kya tension aati hai roz. Toh jitna bada kaam utni badi tension.” So, how does Diljit deal with this stress? According to him, yoga helps him tremendously!
In a video posted on Instagram, Diljit Dosanjh talks about how yoga has helped him in life and even urged the youth to take up this practice to improve their life. He feels that whether you’re a student, working professional, or anything else, yoga always helps. He said that once you take up “yog”, your speed of doing things will double up.
According to Diljit Dosanjh, yoga is not an exercise or some sort of stretching, it is one’s inner journey. He said yoga aligns your life and is needed for your mental and physical health just as much as your car needs regular alignment to function properly. He then went on to say that if you practice yoga, then you can do anything in life!
He then added that “musibate toh ayengi” in life but once you start practising yoga, everything else will find its place. Finally, he asked the youth to take up yoga in their life to improve their physical and mental health.
