In 2024, Mysore Dasara will be celebrated from October 3 till Vijayadashami on October 12. With the commencement of Navratri, this state festival’s celebrations start on Navratri’s first day.

This 10-day extravaganza is an incredible occasion to celebrate Goddess Chamundeshwari’s victory over evil king Mahishasura. Following nine days of grandeur, celebrations, and traditions, Mysore Dasara in Karnataka culminates with an extraordinary procession. It begins from the iconic Mysore Palace and ends in Bannimantap.
