Method:
- Place the dates or raisins in a covered container and soak them in water overnight. If you’re soaking in the morning, it should be consumed by Iftar time. If soaking at night, drink it during Suhoor.
- After soaking, stir the drink and consume it. You can choose to strain out the dates or raisins if you prefer a smoother drink, or enjoy it as is with the fruit still in the water.
Important Note: Make sure that the Nabeez is consumed within 2-3 days. If it is kept for longer, the fermentation can turn it into alcohol, which is not permissible.
