Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary has the most beautiful forest in Maharashtra which is still unknown to a lot of people.
Located in the Bhandara district in the northeastern corner of Maharashtra, it is a small reserve covering 152 sq. km. It boasts of more than 166 bird species, wild animals and endangered species.What Is It?

What’ In It?
It is often referred to as the Green Oasis of Vidharba with lots of lush greenery around. It is the least known wildlife sanctuary in India and home to many endangered species including black panther, sloth bear and wild dog. Other wild animals include tigers, leopard, hyaenas, jackals, and wolves. You will also watch a beautiful montage of butterflies and an interesting amphibian and reptilian population captivating the forest reserve.
