This programme welcomes volunteers from all walks of life to take part in clean-ups and virtual awareness sessions, focusing on both individual and community contributions to a greener future. For the eco-professionals, EAD’s Green Experts Programme provides a unique opportunity to connect with a global network of environmental specialists. Empowering youth aged 18-35, the Green Youth Majlis serves as a council for young environmental advocates to come together and brainstorm solutions for the region’s environmental challenges. This council, founded under the Sustainable Universities Initiative, gathers quarterly to encourage open dialogue and innovation in tackling issues such as plastic waste. With over 650 active members, the Green Youth Majlis has become a dynamic forum, with participants logging over 970 hours of environmental work.
