After a stringent sterilization program, Dubai is slowly bouncing back to normalcy. Malls, beaches and restaurants are slowly opening up for the public. And now, Nakheel Group has launched a ‘call, come, collect’ service that will delivery your goods through a contactless system. So, shop to your hearts content and collect your goods later!
And the best part- the service is available for retailers and restaurants. Residents can order clothes or food online and schedule collection as they wish. The average time for call-to-collection is 30 minutes. In addition, you can enjoy delivery on the same day you ordered the goods. Delivery is available between 12pm and 9pm on the day you ordered.

The contactless delivery system is available for 700 retailers and restaurants across all three malls -Nakheel Mall and The Pointe on Palm Jumeirah, as well as Ibn Battuta Mall.
When you arrive for collection, you will be directed into a dedicated drive-through collection zone. Payments can be made via contactless card, and your items will be directly placed in your car.
The drive-through areas have strict sanitary measures, thermal checks and require all customers to wear mask and gloves. However, the service is not available for pharmacies and supermarkets.
