Here Are Three Property Related Visas In UAE
1. Property Investor Residence Visa
To acquire this visa expat category would need to submit a certificate of good behaviour and conduct from the Dubai Police. The application would be addressed to the Dubai Land Department if appropriate.
A person must invest Dh7,50,000 or Dh1 million in real estate that is listed in their name or the name of their spouse. Only then the following individual would be qualified for this visa. The holder of the visa must enter the nation once every 180 days. And the visa must be renewed every two years.
2. Golden Visa
Submissions for the UAE Golden visa must be submitted fully filled out, together with the necessary financial backing and supporting documentation. It is possible to renew this visa for an additional 10 years. The validity of this visa is not affected by where you live.
3. Retirement Visa
This visa is designed for people over 55 who desire to retire in the United Arab Emirates. If you wish to invest in a property worth AED 2 million, you can do so with this five-year visa.
