CIAL (Cochin International Airport) has officially released a tender inviting consultants to prepare a feasibility report and master plan for an IT/ITES park spanning around 20 acres near Kochi airport. Cial’s Tender Invites Proposals For New IT/ITES Park
According to CIAL’s official website, the airport has published a tender on June 9 2025, calling for proposals from consultants to conduct a feasibility study and create a conceptual master plan for a 20‑acre IT/ITES park at the airport premises.
The project’s proposed period of consultancy is 12 weeks. Moreover, the applicants must meet the required criteria to propose their plans. As per the tender, the candidate should have at least a minimum of 5 years of experience of being a project advisor for IT infrastructure, commercial real estate, land development and aerocity projects. Moreover, applicants must also have a minimum average annual turnover of ₹50 crore over the past three years.
