1. Naarma

If you love food, art, and a little bit of magic, Naarma is where you need to be. Imagine walking into a place where everything is inspired by fire and water. Yes, real elements! Every part of the space is designed to make you feel something, from graffiti walls outside to a dining room lit by a giant rose-shaped light installation inside. The food at Naarma is just as exciting, with dishes like melt-in-the-mouth Otoro sushi, creamy tomato spaghetti with cheese fondue, and smoky chicken skewers. But wait until you try their cocktails! The bar is one of the best in the world, run by international mixologists who create drinks that are both fun and surprising.  It’s one of the boldest restaurants to open in Delhi and truly something you have to see (and taste) to believe.

3. Manam Chocolate

If you’re crazy about chocolate, this new spot in Saket is the stuff of dreams. Manam Chocolate is a full-blown experience where chocolate flows through pipes, chefs craft bonbons and gooey cakes in front of you, and the smell of fresh cookies and croissants fills the air. This is the first-ever store from Manam, India’s award-winning craft chocolate brand, and it’s packed with over 350 different kinds of chocolate treats. There’s even a chocolate drink bar with over 30 drinks to try, a make-your-own chocolate station, and a beautiful café that serves global comfort food with a desi twist—like Jackfruit Croquettes, Spaghetti Gongura, and Cold Drip Cacao Nitro coffee. You can even watch chocolatiers at work or join a workshop to learn more about how chocolate is made. It’s fun, delicious, and totally one-of-a-kind!

Inspired by European coffee culture, Coffee Island brings rich flavours and top-notch brews to the city. But that’s not all. The space spans 2,400 sq. ft. and can seat over 100 people. It feels like walking into a mini stadium with funky graffiti, locker room-inspired seating, a giant scoreboard, and more than 10 HD screens showing all the live action. The food is global and exciting; imagine digging into crispy wings in eight different sauces or tucking into a plate of Nasi Goreng. The bar at this new restaurant in Delhi is just as exciting, with mixologist Banshi Singh crafting unique cocktails.

8. Tino’s

With its soft lighting, natural wood interiors, and cosy layout, it’s a place that feels like home the moment you walk in. Here, you’ll find wood-fired pizzas like Burrata Pesto, classic pasta dishes such as Garlic Aglio Olio, and fresh salads like the Caprese Mozzarella. Their coffee is strong and authentic, and their shakes are creamy and indulgent.

Hidden away in Lodhi Colony is a bold new spot that’s turning heads—The Love Hotel. This 20-seater cocktail room is inspired by Japan’s quirky and intimate love hotels. The space is small, dark, edgy, and super fun. The cocktails here are playful and unforgettable, with a menu built around your five taste senses—sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and umami. Each drink is a surprise and is made to spark a reaction. The food menu is compact but exciting, with 12 small plates that have Asian touches—great for sharing, grazing, and pairing with your drinks.
