Kedarnath Dham is generally a much-loved and revered religious destination. It is said to be one of the four Dhams. These four Dhams combined make one of the most popular pilgrimage networks in India. So, when this almost-divine picture of Kedarnath Dham was shared online, it had to go viral.
The image was shared on X (formerly known as Twitter) by a handle dedicated to Uttarakhand. It shows the religious site lit with an almost divine-like light. The temple itself seemed aglow and resplendent. To make it even better, the backdrop showcases the awe-inspiring Himalayan range.
The mountains add an almost enigmatic ambience to the picture which is further elevated by the star-studded nightsky. The inky blackness contrasts perfectly with the glow of the temple!
This Is How Anand Mahindra Reacted To The Photograph
Anand Mahindra reshared the post and said that on Sundays, he turns into an armchair traveller and this picture made him want to visit this religious site. He even went on to describe the picture as “Beauty and peace.”
Needless to say, his views were also echoed in the comments section with many other people sharing similar pictures of Kedarnath Dham at night. One commenter said that they felt like Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati might be perched just on the mountains behind the temple.
