“No Longer A Veg Roll,” Claim Redditors After Video Shows Cockroach In Paneer Roll At A Mumbai Bakery

Redditor Spots Cockroach On Paneer Roll In Mumbai’s Theobrama Outlet

Taking to the sub-Reddit, r/Mulund, a Redditor with the username Familiar-Guava-3123 shared a video of a cockroach roaming freely in a tray full of paneer rolls in Theobrama, a popular patisserie in Mumbai. At the Theobrama outlet, a cockroach was seen on a paneer roll placed in the display cabinet. The Redditor urged people to be careful. And informed that after spotting the insect, they lost all their appetite to dine at the outlet.

Moreover, they informed the Redditor who arrived at the outlet with his friend and informed the staff. After which, the entire tray of paneer rolls was taken out in front of the customers. However, the Redditor claims that they aren’t aware of what happened after they left the Runwal Greens outlet. The Netizen claimed that the video dates back to a day ago, when they dined out at the outlet in the evening.

Needless to say, other Redditors were shocked after seeing this video. One person commented, “Cockroach’s name is Obroma! Tameez se pesh aao, sir bolo!”Another person said that the roll isn’t a veg one anymore. ‘They care about the protein goal fulfilment,’ joked a Netizen about the bakery. A person even pointed out that food safety was a joke in the country. A couple of Redditors were alarmed as the bakery’s Mulund outlet is this usual haunt. This incident left them more cautious and urged them to be wary.
