Bobby Deol’s Fit Punjabi Family Bonds
Regarding Bobby’s weight loss journey, he told us how he is mindful of his diet. It mostly comprises a simple sabzi of lauki, moong dal and roti. He also likes to sweat it out with vigorous cardio and weightlifting in the gym. So much so, that going to the gym is therapeutic for him!
The gym enthusiast added, “I have a beautiful gym; it’s like my place of worship.” At this point, it is a ritual for Bobby to work out before heading over to his shoots. This is also one of the reasons why the entire nation was gawking at Abrar Haque’s chiselled body in ‘Animal’!
But he isn’t the only one who is a gym rat in his house. Bobby told us that the entire Deol family can be found at the gym. On hearing this, Kamiya commented that his is a fit Punjabi family that loves to bond at the gym rather than the dining table!

He Broke This Record!
The actor shared with us that he wasn’t always the fittest in his family. He used to be that chubby kid who loved eating. On top of that, he broke a record of being the heaviest baby born at his nursing home!
Bobby Deol said, “Main ek chote se nursing home mein paida hua tha. Maine vaha pe record tod diya tha, the heaveiet baby born. I was 11 pounds!” He was roughly around 5 kilogrammes; this trivia surely stunned all of us!
