RCB or Royal Challengers Bengaluru fans must be over the moon today, as the team has finally won the IPL trophy after 18 long years. But that’s not the only thing making headlines. Yesterday, an Instagram user shared a reel on his handle saying that he saw around 600 devotees at the sacred Tirupati Temple chanting “RCB, RCB” instead of the traditional “Govinda, Govinda” chants. The incident took place around 11 PM, the night before RCB finally won the trophy. Is this a coincidence or something more powerful? Keep reading to know the whole story.

In an Instagram video shared by user The Akash Show (theakashshoww), he describes what he witnessed during his last visit to the Tirupati Temple, a sacred pilgrimage spot dedicated to Lord Venkateswara. He recalls witnessing an unusual scene where, instead of chanting “Govinda, Govinda,” a crowd (or you can call them RCB fans) of nearly 600 devotees were chanting “RCB, RCB” non-stop for almost 45 minutes.

According to him, the chants continued as the fans climbed the temple steps, praying for their team to win the IPL final. The excitement soon got out of control, which led to a commotion. The man claimed the police had to resort to a “lathi charge” while telling the devotees to chant “Govinda, Govinda”. The Instagrammer also mentions that he was quite stunned by the craze but was not able to capture the moment, as recording is not allowed inside the temple.
Fans React: “Govinda Made It Happen”
The internet, especially RCB fans, were quite happy with the video. They flooded the comment section with jokes and humorous statements. One user wrote, “All the prayers are worth it”, while another added, “It was Govinda who made it happen!” Some also pointed out that this was the most powerful moment, and it is surely “Govinda” who made the team win last night.
