They have designed a free online platform that allows non-native speakers to learn or even improve their Arabic language skills. Launched on January 16, this is the university’s initiative to promote the Arabic language within the community. Called the Mubeen platform, this combines self-based e-learning tools along with structured courses that are tailored to varied proficiency levels.

Managed by Al Qasimia University, the Mubeen platform offers comprehensive educational materials. Yes, as revealed by Gulf News, these are spread across seven levels starting right from the beginner to the advanced level. Not to mention, it also offers computerised Arabic language, proficiency tests, and accurate electronic certificates for successful learners. What makes this platform absolutely perfect is the fact that users can learn Arabic remotely. Yes, using remote learning methods, students get to progress at their own pace.

All About The Admission Requirements & Documents
The admission requirements are as follows –
- Applicant must hold a high school diploma, which is a minimum of 12 years of education, including three secondary-level years.
- There will be a placement test in Arabic required before the admission process is completed.
- Applicants must confirm that they have not been expelled from any university or higher education institution for disciplinary or academic reasons.
- The minimum age for applicants is 16 years.
If you fulfil the admission requirements, it is required that you submit the following documents
- Your High School Diploma, which includes an attested copy from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the UAE Embassy of your country.
- Translated certificates, which include non-Arabic or non-English certificates that can be translated by a certified translator.
- Eligibility letter, which includes the letter from the Ministry of Education in the country from where your High School Diploma was issued. It should confirm the eligibility for government universities.
- Application Forms must be completed with up-to-date information
- A copy of the passport that should be valid for at least two years
- A coloured photograph that should be recent and the size should be 3×4 cm with a white background.
- A Good Conduct Certificate from your country of nationality, which has been translated into English or Arabic
- A birth certificate or an equivalent document with a legal translation if necessary.
What About The Registration Process?
The registration process is quite simple for which you will need to provide semester details, personal information, family information, contact details, educational qualifications, and Arabic proficiency. Once you have completed the application form and have uploaded all the required documents, Al Qasimia University will review the application to ensure that they meet the programme’s requirements. However, fulfilling all the requirements does not guarantee acceptance. Yes, this will depend on the university’s policy and the resource availability.
