Nushrratt Bharuccha is no stranger to Curly Tales’s Sunday Brunch. Having been part of two Sunday Brunch episodes, this time the Chhorii 2 actor met our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, for a food and fun-filled Tere Gully Mein episode. The powerful women drove along the lanes of Juhu and stopped by for an Indo-Chinese feast and a mango sundae. While chatting with us, Nushrratt Bharuccha, the protagonist of the horror film series Chhorii, shared a haunting hotel room story.
Nushrratt Bharuccha Shares A Haunted Story
The asli Mumbaiya chhori, Nushrratt Bharuccha, didn’t hold back from sharing an eerie haunted story with us, an actual anecdote from her life, that spooked even Kamiya Jani. The actress revealed that long ago, she faced a haunting incident in a hotel room. She awoke at 5 am to notice that her things were out of the suitcase and neatly placed before her bed. She stated that it looked like someone had removed her things from the suitcase and neatly placed everything on the ground.
Kamiya interjected Nushrratt, and reasoned that perhaps the hotel staff were responsible for it. But the actress debated that she was asleep at that time, so nobody could have entered the room. She checked her things at 12 am and woke up at 5 am to notice this very odd happening in her hotel room. “Perhaps, you did this yourself, ” said Kamiya. Nushrratt sarcastically replied that perhaps she had a sleepwalking problem where she unpacked her suitcase on her own.

The Actress Falls Asleep To A 11-Hour Chant
But ever since this incident, the Chhorii actress doesn’t like to sleep alone in her hotel room. Many a time, she has requested her makeup staff to give her company. Since this isn’t possible every single time, now, she plays an 11-hour prayer on her phone and falls asleep to it. The soothing chants put her at ease and help her sleep without any worries.
