NV Sir recalls his time at Bansal Classes, where his classes were packed with students, much to the concern of Bansal Sir. After receiving a stern yet supportive word from his mentor, he felt the push to forge his own path.
Students who followed his lead encouraged him to start something new, and thus, Motion was born. With little more than a room, a vision, and an unwavering commitment to teaching, he and his team quickly grew the institute. Despite the success, NV Sir remains grounded, emphasising that the essence of teaching lies in sincerity, not in flashy displays.

The 35 Bigha Motion Campus
Nitin Vijay Sir also delved into the atmosphere of their residential campus, which spans over 35 bighas and houses around 700 students. He highlights the lush greenery and the positive vibes coupled with discipline that define the institution. The annual fee for students is remarkably affordable, ranging between ₹ 1.5 lakh to ₹ 2 lakh, covering accommodation, food, school, and coaching.
When we inquired about the regions from which most students hail, NV Sir mentioned that the majority come from UP, Bihar, and Madhya Pradesh, with a few from Nepal, West Bengal, and Assam. When asked about the most motivated students, Nitin Vijay Sir refrains from generalising and instead shares insights from his experience teaching students from diverse backgrounds.
